SOMMER IN EUROPA
Starting point for this project was a trip through Eastern Europe during the summer of 2015. On this journey, photographs, sketches and notes were compiled. The photographs ended up in the artist’s archive, inaccessible to the public. Now they are being brought back to light in an exhibition and in collaboration with a literary guide. Based on this archive, the artists discuss the narrative of objectified photography and attempt to articulate the relevance, function and scope of their private photo archives. Anita Vogt accompanies this project on behalf of the Ausstellungsraum Klingental.
